Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in the original condition and including the original packaging.
Engraved items and earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty.
You are responsible for return postage charges; however items can be returned in person to McLauchlan & Co, 22 New Street, Paisley. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we have received your item and it has been inspected we will email you with the approval or rejection for your refund. If approved the refund will be raised through the original method of payment, usually within five days.
